1. WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by Inkdandiced, a jewellery brand based in London, UK. For any questions about these terms or your order, contact us at hello@inkdandiced.com or via Instagram at @inkdandiced.
2. WHAT YOU ARE BUYING
All items listed on this site are handmade, made-to-order jewellery. Each piece is produced individually once an order is placed. Many items are released as limited drops with a fixed number of slots. Once a limited drop is sold out, it is archived forever and will not be restocked.
Product descriptions, materials, sizing options and shipping estimates are provided on each product page. By placing an order you confirm that you have read and understood the description for the item you are purchasing.
3. ORDERING & PAYMENT
Orders are placed through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. We accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and major debit/credit cards. Payment is collected at checkout. Your order is only confirmed once payment has been received in full and our system has issued an order confirmation.
You must provide accurate contact, shipping and sizing information. We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect details provided by you.
4. MADE-TO-ORDER & NON-REFUNDABLE PRODUCTION
Every piece is made specifically for you, to your chosen specifications (including but not limited to ring size, material and finish). Because of this, our production process begins shortly after your order is confirmed.
Once production has started, your order is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that your item is bespoke and made-to-order, and that your statutory 14-day cooling-off right is lost once production begins.
If you request to cancel before production has started, we will refund your full order amount within 14 days using the original payment method. To request a pre-production cancellation, email us at hello@inkdandiced.com with your order details.
5. LIMITED DROP POLICY
Limited drops are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Slot availability is shown live on the product page. Once all slots for a drop are claimed, that item is sold out and will not be restocked. In the rare event of an oversale caused by a technical error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and issue a full refund.
6. SIZING RESPONSIBILITY
Rings are made to the UK ring size you select at checkout. It is your responsibility to choose the correct size. We provide a ring size calculator and measurement guide on the product page to help you. If you are between sizes, we recommend rounding up to the larger size for comfort.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for rings made in the size you selected, except where the item is faulty or not as described. If you are unsure of your size, contact us before ordering.
7. SHIPPING, CUSTOMS & LOST PACKAGES
Shipping rates are flat: £10 UK and £20 international. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout and are estimates only, not guarantees. Handmade production can occasionally take longer than stated; we will notify you if there is a significant delay.
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes and customs fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. We are not liable for packages lost by the carrier after they have been handed over, but we will help you raise a claim with the carrier where possible.
8. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If your item arrives faulty or not as described, contact us within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will repair, replace or refund the item at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
9. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All designs, images, text, logos and branding on this site are owned by Inkdandiced. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use any of our intellectual property without written permission.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inkdandiced is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your purchase or use of the site. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount paid for that order.
11. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from these terms or your order will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force at the time you place your order will apply to that order. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
